Numbers Do Lie
TRUE STORY:
A client was being consistently bothered by a vendor for OVER DUE BILLS. She was also being charged FINANCE CHARGES for late payment. She felt that she has already paid these but for the life of her (and lack of time) she could not find proof of payment. She doesn't even know where to start looking.
You are probably thinking... "Pay the stinking bill and move on!" what if you don't have that $$$? what now?
This is when she came to me for help. I did major accounts reconciliation on her financial books and was able to find proof of payments. Payments made on time. That canceled out the finance charges and the bills! She saved thousands of dollars! oh and let me add...Her SANITY lol!

Most of your vendors bookkeeping is probably not accurate either. So you better make yours accurate and reliable so when they come knocking on your door for bills not paid you better have proof that you have paid them.
